Not all dog foods are created equal.  Packages labeled “for all stages of life” are doubtful, since a dog’s nutritional needs change both with age as well as environment.  For example: with large breed dogs, high energy foods may cause puppies to grow too fast and potentially cause bone malformations.  Jennifer Stone offers some solid feeding tips and recommendations to consider regarding how to properly feed your dog.
