Dobermans in World War II
This page pays tribute to the fallen canines of war, and is extremely informative as to the role dogs have played as a critical part of the military. These dogs did far more than scout for enemy troops and sniff out land mines, they were essential for the transport of messages and supplies, and were an invaluable asset to the Marines.
