Bloat is a Tricky Problem for Dogs

Many dogs suffer from bloat from overeating or excessive water intake, but for just as many others the cause is a mystery.  The condition is known as gastric dilation volvulus, or GDV, and can be very serious.  Bloat is a medical emergency, and the dog should be taken to the vet as soon as possible.
